Rockville Guest House is located just over 2 km
from the heritage town of Westport at the mouth
of Clew Bay in County Mayo on the West coast of
Ireland and looking west to Croagh Patrick.
Westport is a planned town dating back to the
17th century. It has won many awards for its
floral displays and tidiness. The West Mayo area
is rich in
amenities. The town has a
wide variety of pubs restaurants and shops. It
is an excellent touring base within easy access
of Connemara, Achill Island and Knock Shrine to
mention but a few. For anyone interested in
outdoor activities there are some interesting
walks, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf
courses or you can relax on one of our many
beaches or in one of the leisure centres or
visit a museum and learn how past generations of
Irish people lived. Mary will welcome you in
true Irish style with a cup of tea home made
scones and a chat.
The facilities at Rockville B&B are typical of a
modern Irish country home with all bedrooms
